Psychedelic Sixties Theme Party.

To get your 60's them party going, we have listed a few ideas below that may get your guests psyched to participate in your theme party of the year.

Your invitations may have a hippie wearing a bandana on the outside of the card holding up a peace sign. Inside, the party details and a request for everyone to wear their funkiest hippie fashions, sunglasses and wear or bring a plain white t-shirt to tie-dye or just hand them out.

Imagine your guests arriving as singles and couples. Some dressed almost normal in jeans and t-shirts, but others wearing Jesus shoes (sandals), love beads, bellbottoms, tie-dies, mini-skirts, and that famous Sly and the Family Stone leather jacket worn during their Woodstock performance.

Rent a spin art table. Put a piece of paper on a turntable with a splatter guard and, squirted paint onto the spinning paper to create wild circular designs. Cover the floor with sheets of plastic to protect it from any spatters of paint or dye. Include rainbow streamers, plates, napkins, and a welcome to the 60's or Woodstock Anniversary banner.
