OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Important: Please read these rules before entering the Contest.
1. Eligibility. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. The Allegro DJ Service FREE Wedding Reception or Party DJ service Giveaway (the "Contest") is open to all couples and individuals.
To be eligible to win the prize, entries must be completed and received by Allegro DJ Service (the "Sponsor") via the Contact Form. Directors, officers and employees of "Sponsor" and any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies and immediate
families of each are not eligible to enter or win. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer void where prohibited. Limit one (1) entry per
couple or individual. Multiple entries by the same person using one or more e-mail accounts will not be accepted. All e-mailed entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account which may be identified by reverse domain name search. In the event of any dispute, e-mailed entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the e-mail address from which the e-mail was sent.
2. Disclaimer. The Sponsor, all participating sponsors and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors,
employees and agencies will not be responsible for: (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic,
hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer – or communications – related malfunctions or failures; (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages
caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.
3. Contest Period. The Contest period is from January 1, 2011 to December 30, 2011 at 11:59 pm EST (the "Deadline"). All entries must be received by the Deadline to be
eligible to win the Prize. The prize, Free DJ service will be supplied durring the 2011 - 2012 year
4. How to Enter. To enter, each couple or client must do the following: (a) compose an original written list (a maximum of 25 named Cape Cod locations) stating in order the wedding ceremony locations in the contest slideshow, " along with (b) accurate names, phone numbers, address, e-mail addresses, (the "Submission") via the Contact Form to http://www.CapeCodDJCapeCodDJ/Cape_Cod_DJ_allegro_wedding_Form.htm or via postal mail to Allegro DJ Service/Michael Hennessy 498 Lincoln Rd. Ext., Hyannis, MA, 02601. All Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 pm EST on December 30, 2011. The Submission must be original and created entirely by you or your intended spouse and may not include any materials created by or contributions from any third party. Limit one (1) Submission per couple or individual.
5. The winning couple is responsible for all expenses not expressly included in connection with the Prize, such as upgrades to specified Prize packages, marriage license fees, non-included air and/or ground transportation, insurance, gratuities, activities, non-included food and beverages and other incidental costs, charges or fees.
6. Contest Rules. Based on the accuracy of the list submitted of Cape Cod Wedding Ceremony locations show in the designated slideshow and posted at wwwCapeCodDJCapeCodDJ.com, Allegro DJ Service will notify each winning couple or individual based on each contestant’s ability to name the correct locations. The decisions of the Allegro DJ Service are final and
binding in all regards. The wedding reception or party must be designated between month of January 1, 2011 and December 30, 2012.
7. By entering the Contest, or accepting the Prize, each member of the couple or individual accepts all the conditions, restrictions, requirements, and/or regulations required by Allegro DJ Service. In
addition, each member of the couple or individual represents and warrants that all information listed in said couple’s Submission is their own original work and is true and accurate.
8. Ownership of Entries. All e-mail and postal mail entrees (the "Entry Materials") submitted by contestants become the property of Allegro DJ Service (Sponsor) upon
submission, and Entry Materials will not be acknowledged or returned to any entrant.
9. General Release. By entering the Contest, each contestant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, participating sponsors, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Contest or acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize (including, without limitations, claims, cost, injuries, losses and damage related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Each member of the couple represents and warrants that he or she has the full right and authority to grant the rights granted herein and that his or her agreement to the terms hereof does not conflict with any existing commitment on his or her part. Contest is void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted.
10. All Winners List will be posted on www.CapeCodDJCapeCodDJ.com website when a new Slideshow contest begins each season.
11. Miscellaneous. The Contest and these Official Rules will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of the United States. Entrants agree to be bound by these
Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time, in it’s
sole discretion, and to suspend or cancel the Contest or any entrant’s participation in the Contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes
beyond the Sponsor’s control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Contest or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in it’s sole discretion)
incapable of running the Contest as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Contest or engage in any conduct that is
detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Contest or any other entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the
Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest. If you

12. Sponsor reserves the right, in it’s sole discretion, to cancel or modify all or any portions of the Contest if, in it’s sole discretion, it determines that for any reason the
Contest is not capable of running as originally planned or if there is fraud or technical errors or malfunctions, viruses, hackers, or other reasons that compromise the
fairness or integrity of the Contest in any manner. Sponsor also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, change or suspend the Contest if intervening
circumstances occurs, which include but are not limited to, earthquake, fire, flood or other natural disasters beyond Sponsor’s control.
